"Quick Inspections" are custom to the property. Some Included Inspected Items Are: Looking at every viable water connection in and out of the home. Water pressure of the home. Entry Points of home for proper seals. Doors in proper working order Interior & Exterior. Check Showers & Baths for Condition and absence of leaks. Look Over Roof for any visible issues. Water Heater including once a year draining. Look Over General Electrical for any obvious issue(s). An Inspection Report is emailed to the owner of property highlighting the condition of items inspected.
